CrimsonCard: CrimsonCard is the official photo ID at Indiana University.
CrimsonCash Account: All CrimsonCards have a CrimsonCash account. This account is a declining balance account where funds (CrimsonCash) must be present in order to make a transaction.
CrimsonCard holders have the option to deposit funds (CrimsonCash) into their CrimsonCash account. These funds can then be used to make purchases anywhere CrimsonCard is accepted as payment and can be managed online.
CrimsonCash: CrimsonCash is money that is deposited into your CrimsonCash account. These funds can be used to make purchases.
Credit Card:Deposit funds into your CrimsonCash account using MasterCard, Visa, American Express, JCB, or Discover. Anyone can deposit money into your account using this option including family and friends. A $2.50 transaction fee applies.
Bursar:This option is limited to students enrolled at Indiana University. Students may load up to $1750 into their CrimsonCash account each Bursar term, provided the Bursar account remains in good standing and has not become past due.
Payroll Prepaid:This option is available to Indiana University employees other than employees in a “no-pay” status. Eligible employees can add funds to their CrimsonCash account by authorizing a recurring deduction from each paycheck up to a predetermined limit ($150 for employees paid monthly and $75 for employees paid bi-weekly).

Yes! You have access to any restaurant on the nationwide Grubhub network, including numerous merchants in your local area, as well as the 300k+ merchants nationwide. This means you can enjoy using your CrimsonCard on Grubhub not just in Indiana, but wherever you are!

Grubhub+ Student is a limited-time free membership program for college students who are affiliated with select universities through Grubhub Campus Dining.
Once you affiliate with your IU campus and add your CrimsonCard as a payment option, you'll be eligible to receive Grubhub+ Student (IU employees are also eligible for Grubhub+ Student) at no cost by simply opting in.
One of the perks of Grubhub+ Student is unlimited $0 delivery fees on orders of $18+ from eligible off-campus restaurants. $0 delivery restaurants have GH+ by their names. You can filter your search for eligible restaurants only. All other fees (service fees, etc.) are still charged as shown when you place a Grubhub order.
Other benefits include lower service fees on eligible delivery orders, 5% back in Grubhub+ credit on eligible off-campus pickup orders, exclusive deals and discounts, and donation-matching!

IU students, staff, and faculty who affiliate with an IU campus and add their CrimsonCard as a payment option are eligible to get the Grubhub+ Student Membership* at no cost!
When you connect your CrimsonCard to the Grubhub app, you'll be asked if you would like to opt-in to a free Grubhub+ Student (also available to IU employees) membership. By selecting “I want in!”, your membership will be activated. No credit card is required.
IU Students will receive a free membership ($9.99 market value) until graduation and employees will receive it until their employment at IU concludes.
Yes! All current faculty and staff at Indiana University are eligible for Grubhub+ Student, after confirming their status in the app. This free membership is valid until their employment at the university concludes.
Only students who attend IU Bloomington that have a meal plan are able to use their dining dollars on-campus for order ahead and pick-up at the following IMU locations:
Per the CrimsonCard Terms and Conditions, CrimsonCash may NOT be used for purchasing alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, e-cigarettes, lottery tickets, gift cards, money orders or travelers’ checks.
If a restricted item is added to your order, CrimsonCash will automatically be removed as an available payment option.
As with any Grubhub order, you can decide how much you want to tip. The app gives you the option to adjust the tip from the suggested percentage to another suggested percentage, or a custom tip amount. Your order will process in one transaction on your CrimsonCard so you will see the total for your order, fees, applicable tax, and tip amount (as selected) processed in one total amount.
If you do not have adequate funds in your CrimsonCash account, your Grubhub order will not process.
