Bursar Term Calendar
A bursar term is defined as a set of dates in which charges (such as a CrimsonCard deposit) can be made to a student's bursar account for a particular semester. The bursar term ends just after the final bill for the semester is processed. Students must be enrolled in classes for the current bursar term in order to bill a deposit to their bursar account.
Example: It is Nov. 21, 2019, and you are enrolled in classes for the Fall term but not the Spring term. You attempt to bill a CrimsonCard deposit to your bursar account and are denied. The reason for the denial is because, on Nov. 20, 2019, the bursar term for the Fall semester ended and the bursar term for the Spring semester began. Because you are not registered for the Spring term, you are not able to bill a CrimsonCard deposit to the Spring bursar term.
