The CrimsonCard system maintenance that was scheduled for Oct. 7 has been rescheduled for Oct. 27 from 3-8 a.m. During this period, CrimsonCard services may be unavailable intermittently, including Card Management app services, card production, card suspension, account inquiries, photo uploads, deposits, financial transactions such as purchases and printing, digital CrimsonCard setup, and access to the digital CrimsonCard in IU Mobile.

Now you can access your CrimsonCard on your iPhone, Apple Watch, or Android device—IU’s preferred way to use your ID—making campus access easier and more secure.
- Digital is offered by default.
- No cost to students, faculty, staff and emeritus faculty.
- Set up using the latest version of the IU Mobile app.
- One card can be active at a time—digital or physical.
- Once digital is added, your physical card stops working. Printing a new physical card costs $35.
