Most IU students and faculty are given a printing allotment, which is tied to your CrimsonCard. When you tap your card to release a print job, it is automatically deducted from your allotment.
CrimsonCash will no longer work for standard printing. Only deposit CrimsonCash for plotter printing (large format prints). You can deposit funds for plotter printing (large format prints) into your CrimsonCash account online or at any CrimsonCard office.
See the IU Knowledge Base for more information on printing.
Your CrimsonCard gives you access to assigned areas on all IU campuses, including office buildings and student residence halls. While access resides on the CrimsonCard, it is controlled by each building's designated facilities manager.
If you are in need of access to a building, ask your supervisor or advisor for the contact information of the building coordinator.
